Spirit Bear Village

Investors

The only private land on Princess Royal Island

Spirit Bear Village represents a rare convergence: heritage-listed structures, licensed hydroelectric capacity, deep-water marine access, undersea fibre-optic connectivity, and Transport Canada international vessel permits — all on 122 acres in the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest.

The Great Bear Rainforest is 6.4 million hectares of the world's largest intact coastal temperate rainforest, with 85% of old-growth permanently protected since 2016. Private land within this boundary is exceptionally scarce.
